What to Expect?

Your treatment begins with professional skin assessment to ensure the facial is tailored to your skin’s current condition.

01

Deep Cleansing

The treatment begins with a thorough cleanse using professional products to remove makeup, excess oil and impurities, preparing the skin for the following stages.
02

Professional Exfoliation

A controlled exfoliation removes dead skin cells, refines the skin’s surface and helps unclog pores while improving the penetration of active ingredients.
03

Intensive Pore Purification

Specialised products target excess oil, dissolve congestion and reduce the bacteria associated with acne breakouts.
04

Professional Manual Extractions

When appropriate, gentle manual extractions are performed to remove blackheads and deeply cleanse blocked pores.
05

Anti-Inflammatory Therapy

Soothing professional formulations help reduce redness, calm inflammation and support the skin’s natural healing process.
06

Sebum Regulation

Targeted active ingredients help regulate oil production, minimise enlarged pores and reduce the likelihood of future breakouts.
07

Skin Regeneration

The skin is treated with regenerative and antioxidant-rich products that promote repair, strengthen the skin barrier and improve overall skin health.
08

Hydration & Protection

The treatment finishes with nourishing moisturisers and broad-spectrum SPF protection to soothe, hydrate and protect the skin.

Throughout your treatment, you’ll relax on either our luxury treatment couch or in our exclusive massage chair with regenerative capsule technology, creating a unique experience that combines advanced skin therapy with complete relaxation.

At the end of your appointment, you’ll receive personalised ZO® Skin Health skincare samples along with professional home-care advice, helping you continue your skin journey between treatments.

Ideal for

This treatment is recommended for clients who experience:

  • Acne (teenage or adult)
  • Blackheads and congested pores
  • Oily or combination skin
  • Excess sebum production
  • Enlarged pores
  • Inflammatory breakouts
  • Post-acne pigmentation
  • Early acne scarring

Results

With regular treatments, the skin becomes clearer, healthier and more balanced.

Breakouts are reduced, pores appear smaller, oil production is controlled, and the skin regains a smoother texture, more even tone and a fresh, radiant complexion.

Noticeable improvements are often visible after just one treatment. However, for optimal and long-lasting results, a course of 4 treatments, performed every 2-4 weeks is usually recommended. Your treatment plan will always be tailored to your individual skin needs during your consultation.

Treatment time

Approximately 30–45 minutes

Downtime

There is minimal downtime following the treatment. Mild redness, tightness or slight flaking may occur for 2–5 days, depending on your skin condition. Most clients return to their normal daily activities immediately after the treatment.
