Before Your Treatment
To achieve the best possible results, please:
- Arrive with clean skin whenever possible.
- Avoid retinol, retinoids and exfoliating acids for 5–7 days before treatment.
- Avoid excessive sun exposure and sunbeds before your appointment.
- Inform your practitioner of any medications, allergies or recent aesthetic procedures.
- Attend your consultation ready to discuss your skin concerns and treatment goals.
Aftercare
To maximise your results, we recommend:
- Wear SPF 30–50 every day.
- Keep your skin well hydrated.
- Avoid excessive heat, saunas, steam rooms and vigorous exercise for 24 hours.
- Avoid retinol, exfoliating acids and harsh scrubs for approximately 5 days.
- Do not pick or exfoliate the skin.
- Follow your personalised ZO® Skin Health home-care programme.
- Drink plenty of water.
